The Foundation for Marshall Medical Centers invites you to the 17th Annual Pink Pumpkin Run - a beloved community tradition supporting mammography and cancer services right here at Marshall Medical Centers. Join us on Halloween morning, Saturday, October 31, 2026, at Guntersville Civitan Park for a fun, festive event filled with purpose! The day includes our signature 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run, plus music, kids’ activities, photo ops, and the crowd-favorite Pink Pancake Brunch.

This year, we’re saying “BOO to Cancer!” and we want YOU to join the fun. Costumes are highly encouraged (the more creative, the better), but keep it fun and family-friendly. The only thing we want to spook is cancer! Team costumes are always a hit and make race day even more memorable.

Whether you run, walk, skip, or strut your way to the finish line, every step helps provide lifesaving mammograms and cancer services for local women in our community.
